Information related to your business title/role, business address, and business telephone number are not considered personal information.

QMPAS may collect and maintain personal information of our clients. The personal information collected may include but is not limited to:

  • Identification information such as name, email and phone number.
  • Corporate information like the name of their business/employer, business phone number and website URL.

  • QMPAS collects and uses necessary personal information to allow us to conduct our business, including but not limited to the following purposes:

  • To collect and process payments
  • To communicate about our products and services

Consent

QMPAS does not collect your personal information without your consent. When QMPAS requests your personal information, we identify the purpose of the collection so that you are fully informed of why QMPAS needs the information and how it will be used.

QMPAS does not engage nor share your information with third parties to allow them to market their own products or services.

Retention of personal information

QMPAS will retain your personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and as required by law. Personal information that is no longer required will be destroyed by the proper and secure destruction methods, such as permanent deletion of electronic files or paper shredding.

Storing your personal information

Your personal information is stored on servers, in Canada and internationally through service providers who do not have authorization to access your information. They are bound by the terms of the QMPAS privacy policies to protect your personal information.

Unsubscribe

If you have given QMPAS consent, either through expressed or implied consent, you always have the choice to unsubscribe from future email communications. By clicking the unsubscribe in the communication, you will no longer receive email communications from QMPAS.

Requests and updates to personal information: 
At anytime you can request your personal information that QMPAS has collected to ensure it is accurate and make any updates as necessary. You can submit request your information anytime to info@QMPASsearch.com. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days.

QMPAS may not be able to complete your request where disclosure is unauthorized by law, or where it would result in the disclosure of personal information of others.

QMPAS expects that any individuals who have provided their personal information also provides updates when necessary.
